Running Randomised Control Tests in Practice

Randomised Control Trials (RCTs) have become increasingly popular among policymakers, partly thanks to the growing interest in applying behavioural insights and the strong preference for evaluating behavioural insights projects using RCTs. This short note aims to present some initial learnings from the unit’s experience of running RCTs.
